ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During launch periods, collaborations or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier service and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, transport disruptions or peak periods.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@thepadelsociety.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before re-delivery.
