Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Socks returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons. However, if there are any faults with your order, we’ll happily replace them.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To start a return, contact us at returns@thepadelsociety.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns address and instructions via email.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
